What should have been handled in a reasonable timeframe has now gone on for nearly 10 years with little progress.\n\nOn multiple occasions I was given information that later turned out to be inaccurate, which only added to the frustration and lack of trust.\n\nWhen you hire legal representation, you expect transparency, responsiveness, and accountability. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
