The plus side is they use a doctor to review the case instead of just their lawyers. Having dealt with many lawyers on this issue, I would recommend them on that fact alone.\n\nI gave only three stars because they were unable to return my gig stick with my father in laws medical imaging records back to me.\n\nI am updating this review to 5 stars as they did something most other businesses do not do, that being make good on their claim to want to rectify an issue.
