I repeatedly requested clear written confirmation regarding disbursement and lien/payoff information, and instead of straightforward reassurance, I received defensive responses.\nThis created unnecessary stress during an already difficult situation. I believe clients deserve transparency, clear timelines, and professional communication without feeling dismissed. I would recommend getting everything in writing early and staying on top of every step.
