I felt wronged as I had asked to have this problem fixed and was told it was. I contacted many offices, was told many times it was my own fault. GLK was the first place to listen to me and tell me my options. Not that I had to sue but that I the option too. They let me make the decisions, I was never pressured or told what to do. I was my own advocate and my attorney from GLK, Avi, was there to back me up. This is not how I have been treated by attorneys in the past. Avi was the best attorney I have ever talked to, or been represented by. I mean I’ve only ever been represented  by 3 in my life, is that good or bad? lol. He made the process as smooth as possible while also letting me know what to expect, good or bad, and always there to answer questions.
