I called him before he filed motion to be dismissed as counsel from case as I was at the end of my case which started in Feb 2020 and wanted to finalize everything and file for contempt of court because spouse stopped paying child support and came and got vehicle court granted me  but he ignored me and I got the notice he was dropping me. Now funny thing is that was in March 2022 and I just seen him in court on September 27 2022 so how did he retire when he’s still in court. I tried getting my money back but his fees are non refundable but that should be illegal since he never finished performing his services he was contracted to do so that voids the contract. I see if I fired him that he would of kept the money but I didn’t and he’s still practicing so that theft of funds.
