We keep getting told that our medical information necessary to further pursue the case has never reached office, yet when we call the our insurance company and medical office, they all have claimed that they have sent and delivered the necessary information twice. When we do reach out, the attorney in charge of case is never available to answer our questions.\n\nI work in a field where preservation of the facts are also pivotal in the next steps in the decision making process, and with nearly a year since our incident; it would be nearly impossible to justify a strong case.
