He explained everything clearly and used visual aids to show our options, which made a potentially overwhelming topic feel manageable and even… dare I say… interesting. We never felt rushed or talked down to.\n\nBen was also incredibly accommodating, meeting with us on weekday evenings, which we truly appreciated.
