Although he is not \"inaccessible\" and does not come off that way, like anyone else in any other profession, he has his busy times. Then again, that is what his team is for. His team is the best reflection of their camaraderie and work ethic, and they have an absolute wealth of knowledge-especially Joseph Gemmati who has clearly been in his line of work for decades at the
