By the time you hired me to represent you, you and your husband had already entered into a binding written agreement which you and the court were bound by. As we discussed, that limited you as to what I could help you get. There were some things that were not addressed in your agreement that I has able to get you (there are reasons to be friendly with the other side) which if you tried the case to the court you probably would not have gotten. As far as the pets are concerned, you received the pet that you wanted. You wanted visitation with his pet you agreed for him to have.
