No communication on the fact that they were going to be delayed. They received all the funds Friday. My agent and I were told at 1035am that the wire was going out within an hour. Nothing. My agent picked up his check in the afternoon and to ask why I didn't receive the wire and Alyssa that it'd go out in 10 minutes and I finally did receive it that afternoon. TERRIBLE communication by Alyssa.
