Unprofessional and Misleading\n\nI wish I had reviewed this office more carefully beforehand, as my experience closely mirrors many of the concerns already posted. My interaction with Sid Garcia’s office resulted in a loss of time, money, and trust.\n\nI contacted the office regarding a sensitive legal matter and was initially hopeful. From the start, however, the process lacked professionalism. My consultation was rescheduled multiple times by the staff member, Felicia. When the consultation finally occurred, I paid a $175 consultation fee.\n\nFollowing the consultation, which took place prior to Thanksgiving, I received no follow up communication. I did not hear back until December 8, at which point Mr. Garcia stated that he had not received documents I had previously submitted.\n\nDuring that communication, I was told that my case was procedurally messy, but no clear explanation was provided as to what that meant or how it affected representation. I was then informed that he would not be taking my case because he did not want to take it, despite previously stating that he generally tries to take all cases.\n\nAfter payment was made, no legal guidance, next steps, or meaningful direction were provided. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON A PHONE CONSULTATION WITH SID GARCIA.
