My husband was in a motorcycle accident and we were provided Matt's information by a friend of his. We called him while we were in the hospital and he was very sympathetic to us. They were working on our case even before we signed paperwork with them. Through our whole process they were very honest and thorough and kept us informed of every single step and every possible outcome. Unfortunately, it was discovered that the at fault driver did not have insurance so Gallagher & Kennedy lowered their percentage to give us a higher settlement which had me in tear because throughout this whole process while they were very supportive and helpful it was very stressful as we have four small children and a single income household. Thank goodness my husband is alive and recovering but will now have to live with the life altering effects of that drivers negligence for the rest of his life.
