I am so appreciative of the manner in which my case was handled and more importantly how I was treated as a client. Never did I feel like my best interests were not at the core of the decisions made on my behalf. I was traveling down a highway when a distracted driver pulled out in front of me and I T-boned the vehicle. I initially thought that I was hiring an attorney to protect me from the at fault drivers insurance, little did I know it was from my own insurance company from which I needed protection. The driver was uninsured and the vehicle could not be traced to an owner. I required one procedure on my knee and five on my neck. My attorney Hope Guardia-Montaño was a pleasure to work with through the entire process. Hope was very communicative, organized and patient.
