I called Mr Christian Straille the day before my hearing (didn't think I needed an attorney).Mr. Straille agreed to take my case even on such short notice and appear in court the very next day on my behalf. I was expecting a minimum 6 month license suspension and a $1,000 fine as per the judge at arraignment.Mr Straille advise me not to go and to call him at 4:00 p.m. that day. He called me himself to tell me that he had gotten my case dismissed no suspension of my license and no fine to pay. Completely dismissed. I certainly was not expecting that or even hoping for that to be the outcome. So I would say hiring Mr Christian Straille was the best thing I could have ever done. His fee was very reasonable for the duties he performed on such short notice. Actually never even met him face to face. Very very grateful to this attorney. After that I did get an email & a letter in the mail that some of the attorneys at their firm were leaving & practicing elsewhere and they wanted to know if I wanted to keep my attorney. That is when I looked on circuit court casenet & seen my ticket had already went through the hearing.  There was zero communication.  They did not take care of the ticket like promised! I could have taken the ticket to the court and spoke with the Prosecutor and got a better deal on my own & done it in less time. Do not waste your money. Thank you for acknowledging that we did what we were hired to do and that you have received the correspondence regarding your case. <br>Our goal is always dismissal and we do get between 25% to 30% of all cases dismissed.  But, the Court dismisses cases for legal reasons that were not present in this case. <br>We do not control the court’s calendar.  Some courts take more than half a year to set a hearing.  In most speeding tickets, including this one, the story has to wait for court and so do we.  Sometimes, it can be uncomfortable to wait your turn.<br><br>The firm Alba & Straile, PLLC is dissolving.
