We made sure our lawyer Bryce had all the information needed to help win this case, and he did not address any of the problems at hand during court. He showed up later then he asked us to be there so we can go over all of documents just to say this would be a quick case and we don’t need to go over anything at all. After we finished in court my family and I were outraged by how our lawyer folded in the court room when we had plenty of counter evidence to give the judge a better understanding of the case at hand. Also they will charge you for a “okay” text, or a “sounds good email” even when the conversation was initiated by Bryce and his team. My family has never felt more helpless in such an obvious case but our lawyer Mr Froerer and his son that attend did nothing to help with our case.
