He seemed engaged at the time and requested supporting documents to review the case further. I followed up promptly with everything he asked for.\n\nWhat followed was radio silence.\n\nDespite three phone calls (two of which were answered by a receptionist who assured me Mr. Freeman would follow up), and three emails (two to his direct email and one to the firm’s general inbox), I have not received a single response, not even a courtesy reply.\n\nTo be clear: I was never officially a client, but a prospective client seeking representation. I approached this firm in good faith, with urgency and trust, hoping for professionalism and guidance. What I received instead was complete disregard, no follow-up, and a total lack of communication.
