The owner of the parking lot claimed they did not know about the condition and I was the one at fault.\n\nStan Freeman  immediately went to the scene and took pictures before the owner had a chance to change the condition. Mr. Freeman was also able to obtain the real-time video of the accident and when depositions were taken, it became abundantly clear that the store  owner was clearly negligent. Talk about speedy and aggressive representation! My case settled for an amount far more than I expected.
