They were Obviously good friends because she informed me she called the person I was seeking legal advise about while he was on vacation. NANCY then proceeded to tell me all the lies that he had already told me previously, ASTONISHING. I have never been more distraught or afraid since this paralegal NANCY has made that phone call and relinquished all information to this person. The paralegal NANCY then proceeds to inform me what I should do and how I should proceed with this case. Which is to do NOTHING  and talk to this horrible, lying deceiving person and work things out. HOW HORRIBLE WHEN YOU LOOK FOR HELP THAT YOU GET DECEIVING, HORRIBLE PEOPLE THAT ARE WOLVES IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING. The person who answered the phone asked me to give her details about what happened. As I am giving her info, I almost broke down. The person was very rude and speaking very loud and over talking me and being condescending. Then she told me that I don't have a case. I told her that I didn't like the conversation and hung up on her. Then I called back and told her how rude she was being. Then she hung up on me. I decided to call to ask to speak to someone in charge, but before I could, the attorney called me and told me not to call back. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.
