I don’t care that I got my money back, what if my English wasn’t advanced enough or I wasn’t comfortable enough to advocate for myself? I also reached out to them via email on FEBRUARY 28th and it is currently JUNE 1st and I have not received a response. However, within a couple hours of my one star review suddenly they could drop everything and contact me. Yikes. Shady people.
