Even with the Covid19 issues, we were able to handle the issues, with what limited information we had and set up requests for further data retrieval. Currently, we are at the fork in the road for Federal Court review, but we were able to hammer out with professional directness that it might not happen. Even if so, I was able to see the a quick turn around of necessary SSA documents. He is also in contact with colleagues that handle Veteran Affair law for development of the SSA claim.
