Many said if he would take your case, count yourself fortunate. We were indeed! My wife was rear ended at a light by an 18 wheeler. He was not going fast but she was in a little sports car. We did not plan to use a lawyer but when Grandview Hospital put a $40,000 lien on us as their bill for a five minute ER visit, despite us having good insurance, we had no choice. Mr. James predicted it may take a year and it did, but he got us more than double the amount we expected! He was strategic , methodical and persistent.   He even negotiated down the amount we had to pay Medicare and insurance back for all the physical therapy for injury treatment. . Mr James knew the correct order to settle each part to get the maximum benefit. And it was all done on the phone or online. He responded to texts or emails faster than anyone we have done business with, ever!
