I am fairly certain I was a pain in the butt since I questioned everything that was going on.  I think she did me a favor by not responding half the time and charging me for things that didn't matter.  The one time she did listen to me, I ended up regretting it but she put in the extra effort to \"undo\" my mistake before the case finished.  I really appreciated that.  She's really busy but she does her job well while dealing with some of the most unhappy people on the planet.
