We went through all the processes, showing invoices, pictures, contacting tradesmen who had a hand in the repair work. They were UGLY denying everything at all turns, I even requested a mediation because we couldn't find a happy medium, their offer was $7000 to settle the claim. The GOOD I found Joseph Sette ESQ, sure it took 18 months since I engaged him but, in the end, through his efforts he secured a fair compromise, actually the Ins Co paid me every penny I was entitled to. When the deck is stacked against you speak with Mr Sette he will do the right thing.
