As a physician, getting things completed in a timely manner is what is expected. It took 5 months to get a contract for NP's who would be starting and still has not been completed. Most lawyers have a pre-completed template for contracting (would assume a healthcare law firm would have had this done) and made minor changes. These minor changes, have taken more the 5 months to complete and still aren't finished. The attorney called back roughly 3 times, was charged all three times for him to ask about the same thing 3 times, as if he doesn't take notes / recordings of the call to make sure he has all what he needs.
