Daniel, Cathy & their team were an absolute pleasure to work with in the 4+ year battle to hold the owners of the defective utility vault accountable. They were very responsive, transparent, and remained vigilant as the defendants tried to drag out the case. In the end Daniel negotiated a settlement that was more than fair. While I would not recommend breaking a hip, I definitely recommend working with Flanzig & Flanzig.
