However, I can confirm that the person I spoke with today was extremely rude and dismissive.\nWhen I asked not to be spoken to in that manner, I was essentially told that if I was unhappy, I could take my business elsewhere.\nI work for a large trucking company, and we regularly deal with traffic and CDL matters. We have used your firm before, and I currently have two active cases needed a quote . That is why this experience was so disappointing.\nMy intention was not to attack the firm or the attorneys. However, the behavior of the front desk representative, Anna, is unacceptable.\nShe was extremely rude and disrespectful during our communication. When I politely asked her not to speak to me in such a rude manner, her response was, \"Then go somewhere else.\"\nThat is shocking customer service, especially for a law firm that depends on client trust and referrals. There are plenty of other law firms available, and comments like that will drive clients away.\nAs someone who works in the trucking industry and regularly deals with traffic and CDL matters, I can say that customer service matters. We often recommend attorneys and law firms to drivers, and experiences like this make it difficult to recommend your firm, regardless of how good the attorneys may be.\nI sincerely hope Mr. Jason R. Miller reads this review.
