My mom did an adoption with his firm. He gave her a price upfront and because my cousins dad had to sign his rights over he decided that he would charge her an extra $1,300 but did not tell her until she was trying to get the papers for the adoption! This should have been talked about or explained before her dad went to sign over his right. I need to see the papers where he went to court these three or four times and charged $350 an hour which totaled up to $1,300! Trying to take advantage of elderly black lady on limited income..just very dishonest and disheartening!!
