Several days after the accident I began experiencing more difficulties and tried to seek medical care for the injuries. My wife and I could not get the insurance companies to respond, nor could I receive the care I needed, so we sought out the help of Fielding Law.\nAt first we felt as though we were getting shuffled around quite a bit, but then Alex Gomez was assigned to our case as a paralegal. From that point on, things finally started to fall into place. Alex not only worked diligently on our case, but would check in on me personally “just to see how I was doing”. This personal touch meant the world to me. After a couple of operations to repair a shoulder, and extensive therapy for other issues caused by the accident, we finally came to a point where we went into negotiations with the insurance companies for a personal injury settlement. Brian Bankhead had been assigned to our case and had been working with me as well to make certain that all of my medical needs were being met. Brian and Alex kept in constant contact with my wife and I letting us know where the case was and what was going on. We were able to come to an agreement with the insurance companies and a settlement was made.\nOverall, my experience with Fielding Law was a good one. We did get a little shock when there were additional attorney fees added at the end that we did not expect, and were not told about. The settlement process was fairly fast with all things considered.
