Pressured me to take a settlement because Agency would not send me back to field training. I asked Merit System Protection Judge if he could restore my law enforcement job and the judge said yes he has restored law enforcement officers back to their jobs.  Ellen focus was on her other client who went missing and not focused on my  case. Much more unprofessionalism by Ellen that I will not discuss. Don't hire this law firm. Paid $20k and they only refunded $3300. Ellen quit right in front of the judge leaving me with no lawyer to proceed and made me look very bad. Very unprofessional.
