They owe me $60k! Then no contact after that! I got a bill from him for $1480! He won’t respond to emails or call back after leaving messages with his receptionist. Not very professional at all! However his personality is more convincing than his performance. It took him 14 months to complete an issue which should have been completed in weeks. During this whole time I had to continually prod him to move. I became so frustrated that I had to write him a letter threatening to dismiss him before he would respond. Then he promised to report the next week and make a weekly report. He did neither one. I finally began to communicate with his assistant and she and I pushed him to complete the project.  Years ago he was reprimanded by the court for some of these same performance issues. He apparently has not changed his work behavior.
