This previous client is upset and blaming me because HE chose to purposely and repeatedly violate a court order which caused this mental midget to pick up a new criminal case, that I was never retained on. So when he says I “never showed up to any of his court dates,”, I never showed up to any of his court dates for FREE for a case I was never retained on.  Because HE wants to blame everyone else for his predicament and expected me to just take over the new case for free. So when I didn’t appear for him on his new case, he decided to take his insecurity and bitterness to hide and lie behind a keyboard and screen because we ALL know he has never said anything like this to me personally. It even looks like he wouldn’t even use his full name on his account, not that junkie doesn’t scream out to his credibility.<br>Also, if this brain trust knew anything he would know that Notices of Unavailability do not get trials continued, usually they let the court know when WITHIN the trial docket you are unavailable either because you are already in another trial or will out of town.  But they do not continue the trial, but rather just informs the Court your days of unavailability during a trial docket. That is just to help educate the ignorant but not even what occurred here.
