However, as time went by, the experience completely changed.\n\nAfter 9 months, my case was still not closed. They took too long to contact the at-fault party's insurance, which ultimately did not cover the damages. Communication became difficult, everything was extremely slow, and although the staff is polite, I would not recommend this place. I even started to wonder if it’s truly possible to find a good accident attorney in California.\n\nFinally, 14 months later —for what was supposed to be a “simple” case— my process was closed. For months I had already been unhappy with the service: I had to call constantly, they said they would call me back and never did. It was a long, complicated, and exhausting process. Yes, the case is now closed, but personally I reiterate that I do not recommend this place.\n\nAt the beginning the attention was very good: clear explanations about my case, good support and constant communication. However, over time, the experience changed completely.\n\nAfter nine months, my case still wasn't closed. They took far too long to contact the responsible party's insurance company, which ultimately refused to cover the damages.
