The truck tow driver referred me to Farah Law Firm claiming they were fast and reliable from “his personal experience”. My husband and I were new to being in road traffic accidents so we trusted this guy and went with them. Farah Law had extremely poor communication skills, sometimes unresponsive, and were unreliable. They had my case from one person to another. I started off with Elizabeth then Kelly and then to a different lady (can’t remember her name). At times I would try to call or text them and I would get no response back or I would get sent to their secretary. I understand lawyers are busy people but the way I would get no response till 3-4 texts later (separate days sometimes weeks by the way) was ridiculous. Not to mention it took them almost a year and some months to finalize my case. I also had to deal with spontaneous healthcare appointments made without being made aware of until third party’s would call me to confirm.
