We were very clear from the beginning on our lemon law case with Audi! They asked for a 40% retainer fee without even explaining how the process would be or how much those retainers fee would be if the dealer buys back the unit or provides us a new unit. As soon as we asked to speak directly to the lawyer to get answers to our questions about their contract we received a call saying he was no longer interested in representing us! While they talk about being the number one looking out for the interest of the customers and speak about how Morgan and Morgan are for their wallet they surely don’t represent what they sell.
