We have a claim against Mercedes for a breach of Warranty, Miguel Moreno said they’d be happy to take on this case. After more than a month of no responses, he then backed out and said they would no longer take on the case, and gave me a random number of someone that doesn’t do any kind of breach of warranty claims. Mercedes has explicitly refused to repair my car due to “investigation of root causes” but this investigation has been going on for 3 years now. It’s time for them to take ownership of their issue. Farah and farah agreed, gave me hope, now completely tore that away without explanation.
