This firm gladly accepted the retainer fee and then all but refused to answer my calls, emails, etc. When I voiced frustration and seeked clarification  over the course of several weeks, staff blamed miscommunications as to which professional was handling my case and still were unable to follow through with their very simple responsibilities regarding my needs after the fact. This confusion (on their side) led to me having a prenuptial agreement simply notarized before my wedding. My husband’s attorney was not even able to work with them due to their complete disregard for communication.\nTheir lack of transparency and professionalism was further showcased when it took over a month to have Halina directly contact me to resolve the inadequacies. Once again, blame was placed on other employees, which only furthered my belief they lack professionalism as a whole.
