I had heel pain for years and had been told it was plantar faciitis, a weak calf muscle  (gastrocnemius), and lack of heel fat. But none of the therapies including, PT, active release, redlight, ultrasound shock or a steroid shot really helped me improve.\nHowever, thanks to Dr. Singh, I now know it was in fact my tailbone (s1) that was compressed and my hips were out of alignment. Dr. Singh helped me by adjusting my hips and tailbone and then reinforcing their stability through PT of my glutes. After 6 weeks of seeing him, I can finally see my work (with his guidance ) paying off. I’m able to walk longer distances and more often without pain. I still have more work ahead but, it’s so nice to see a light at the end of the tunnel after years of pain.\nIf you’re having physical pain and your symptoms aren’t improving, I would highly recommend giving Dr. Singh a visit.
