As my mom's living situation changed through hospitalizations and care facility transitions, they adjusted meeting locations without hesitation to make things easier for us.\n\nThe advice we received was sound, practical, and forward-thinking. The Medicaid planning strategy they put in place gave our family real peace of mind at a time when uncertainty felt overwhelming. They also stepped in to help navigate some genuinely difficult interactions with representatives at my mom's long-term care facility, interactions that were, to put it kindly, less than pleasant. They handled these situations with the professionalism and composure that I am not sure I could have matched on my own.\n\nRuxandra Oprescu deserves special recognition.
