He got the 12 points removed from my license that Orange County placed on my CDL even thought I did nothing wrong. Ernie also got 2 of the three citations dismissed. Orange county still made me pay some court costs and a small fine on one of the three tickets because apparently you only have 14 days to contest tolls even if you never receive notice, you were not the one driving or the vehicle that ran the tolls you have never owned. So, what could have cost me 3 to 4k only cost me a total of around 1200.
