Since I didn't know what they had done, I thought they were great and used them again for a second closing on a loan, at which time 'said' information was shared. It was nothing big, you know just that they were figuring out a way to okie doke me into an HOA that was COMPLETELY EXPIRED without informing me of it's expiration or that they were planning on making me be apart of it in the future. After requesting official documentation on said information, they couldn't find it.. 3 weeks later I had to email them to request it again. Very shady. Come to find out they are the personal attorneys for the organization that sold me my property in the first place. So they personally represented the sellers and then thought it was ethical to be the closing attorney, which is supposed to be completely neutral.
