Even with that added difficulty, she helped me structure everything correctly.\n\nRecently, I received my approval notice from USCIS. After years of frustration, back-and-forth, anxiety, sleepless nights, and thousands of dollars spent throughout the entire process, the conditions were finally removed. My green card is now fully mine and no longer tied to my ex-spouse.\n\nIt’s also worth mentioning that these cases require a lot of personal effort, hundreds of hours gathering documents, organizing evidence, and being extremely meticulous.
