My case went on for just a little under a year with no responding as to why. I was lied to by multiple people. I was never assigned to an attorney. I talked to Elizabeth Hunter 1 time and it wasn’t regarding information on a case. All was said to me was “Oh I thought you had this number.” Every-time I called about updates on my case, I had to re-explain everything to 3 different paralegals , who I was and what my case was. The only time this law firm called me was when payment was due or 2 days before my court date was scheduled. I was lied to by this facility saying someone would call me and talk to me and NOBODY ever called. I was the one who had to call. I paid over 3,000 dollars and they are refusing to refund me ( this doesn’t include the $2,000 deposit). They have not helped at all and it is not fair to keep my money and not help. Even when I wanted to withdraw , they did not seem to care and kept telling me the same lies. No one in this law firm has been any help.
