I paid $3000 for a report from an engineer who does nothing but roof inspections,  The report said that there was no part of this roof that was done correctly. When we got to court art had not scheduled the inspector who wrote the report, so we were unable to use the report evidence. When I ask  why he did not schedule the inspector his answer was that he did not discus scheduling with his clients. A nonsensical answer that he stood by. This should have been a slam dunk for him. Despite calling at least 20 more times to follow up over the next year, I was consistently told he was out of office/out of town, and I was never able to talk to him again.
