My case took nearly 18 months to resolve, and throughout the process there were repeated delays and a lack of communication. Most of the time, I had to be the one constantly calling, texting, leaving voicemails, and even going into the office just to get updates on my own case. There was very little proactive communication from my case manager, which became frustrating over time.\n\nI will say that Preston stepped in toward the end and helped get things resolved, especially when it came to reducing some of the bills, and Ms. Kim was always kind and professional whenever I spoke with her.
