Therefore, when we recommend a resolution to a client, it is always because it is in their best interests and not ours.  We want to advocate for clients who need our assistance and want honest, effective representation.  When a client does not show trust in our recommendations which are designed to get you the best result in with the least litigation costs involved, and instead wish to litigate losing issues or out of emotion rather than with a mind towards the total financial picture and legal restrictions.
