The person that you are representing may now have to prove that the wiring is up to code (now that it a central part of a legal dispute).  They may also have to provide who shut the power off and show that they were certified in the state of Michigan to be conducting live activities in a dwelling that was inhabited at the time.  If... someone was to send a letter to the court for further consideration.
