The injury claim occurred in June 2025 and the settlement was just finalized this past week (May 15, 2026). I was very pleased with the outcome (and the speed with which it happened), and almost more importantly, the process of getting the case settled. I was led thru the process , expectations created and outcomes delivered with very timely communications. All of this was done remotely between the Driscoll firm in Chicago and my home in Indianapolis.
