More times than not, he and his staff are driving me to get information instead of me trying to get them to do their job (not to be unkind to other attorneys, but this is not what I have experienced with the 3 other attorneys I have used in the past).\nWhen it comes to collections, I have found that Mark and his team are very good at what they do. They are methodical in their approach, knowledgeable about what to do in unusual situations, and they never give up tracking delinquent debtors no matter if it takes years to do so. I have used three other attorneys and one large collection firm in the past and had no results from the three attorneys’ efforts, or lack thereof, and the collection firm was able to collect only a few hundred dollars. The collections firm dropped us as a client since they were not able to obtain results.\nI have found him to be fair to both debtors and to the credit union. I have never received a complaint about Mark or anyone on his staff from a debtor which I think is amazing.\nIn life and in business we are only as good as the people we surround ourselves with.
