The receptionist was completely dismissive and acted as if she was confused on why I was calling like she didn’t know it’s illegal for employees to physically assault people. She acted as if, since it was only a push multiple times, that wasn’t significant evidence in her opinion that warranted any lawyer involved. I immediately hung up ended the called Salazar & Kelly Law Group. The receptionist there recommended that since the police have to finish their investigation, in the meantime, I could send the sheriff office a letter to preserve the hospital video evidence of the hospital. Two completely different outcomes given the same situation.
