I was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury, short-term memory loss, tinnitus, PTSD and numerous other injuries that continue to affect my life to this day.    When I attempted to deal with their insurance company, the claims adjuster told me I could not have been injured, and basically told me to get an attorney.   So, I did. And he is a good one.\nI was honored that Dr. Aaron DeShaw took my case.  I was impressed by academic acumen as well as his many legal victories.  He and his staff went above and beyond for me and their expertise and dedication made a stressful situation much more manageable. They listened to my concerns and explained the steps of the legal process in a way that was easy to understand.\nTheir communications were prompt and kept me updated on any developments.
